What is Wildwood Pet™?



Wildwood Pet™ is a company that gives 10% of the profits from every item sold to animal related nonprofits. Our mission is to "Do Good" for animals, people, and the environment. Our goal is to help bridge the gap between consuming and giving. We are serious about helping you give back to the causes you care about most.



How do I know my donation will be received by a non-profit?


Your donation will be received by the non-profit of your choice! We will be posting the donations given on our website, emails, social media and blog posts on a quarterly basis so you can see how together we "Do Good."



When will my item(s) ship?



Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Standard Shipping will be used unless specified. USPS ground would typically arrive in 4-6 business days.


My package is missing, what should I do?



If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for U.S. shipping or international shipping, you might want to check with your neighbors to ensure the package wasn't mistakenly placed nearby. Occasionally, carriers leave a package at a door nearby in error. If you're unable to locate the package, email us at support@wildwoodpet.com and provide us with your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order, and order number. We'll look into the matter as soon as possible!


Where is my international shipment?


Packages shipped to international addresses generally take 10-15 business days to arrive with additional time for processing and handling. Shipping overseas to an APO address can take up to 45 business days to arrive. Wildwood Pet does NOT cover any customs charges due to the fact that we have no way of knowing when and if customs will be charged. Please check the tracking link you have been provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you're still unable to locate the package after the above-mentioned time frame has come and passed, contact us at support@wildwoodpet.com and provide us with your name, shipping address, and order number. We'll look into the matter as soon as possible!


How much does shipping cost?


Shipping prices will be determined upon check out depending on your location and delivery speed. Free shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $50.


What should I do if I receive the wrong item(s)?


If you have received an incorrect item, email us at support@wildwoodpet.com and provide your name, order number, and which item(s) you received in error. We'll make certain the issue is resolved for you!



Where are your products made?


Right here in the USA! More specifically San Francisco, CA and Lewiston, ME.


What materials do you use?



Canvas and webbing made from burlap, organic cotton or organic jute dyed with naturally derived and low impact eco-dyes. Our hardware is made from sustainable brass.
