Frosted Faces Foundation is a Non Profit organization that delivers the promise of family and quality veterinary care for senior animals whose love and lives are in jeopardy. Seniors are often deemed less adoptable and are the first to be put to sleep when the shelter needs more space to accommodate incoming animals.
